Who yields at an intersection
MTO Driver’s Handbook: Safe and Responsible Driving, Yielding the right-of-way
There are times when you must yield the right-of-way, which means letting another driver go first.
At an intersection without signs or lights, yield to a vehicle that arrived before you, and if you arrive at the same time, the vehicle on the right goes first.
