In a collision where no one is injured
MTO Driver’s Handbook: Safe and Responsible Driving, In a collision where no one is injured
If the vehicles are drivable, move them as far off the road as possible, as this should not affect the police officer's investigation. This is especially important on busy or high-speed roads, where it may be dangerous to leave vehicles in the driving lanes: in a minor collision with no injuries, if you can, "steer it, clear it".
